The program

How life at an Evo Living home works

Every Evo Living home runs on a clear set of house rules, a steady weekly routine, and a 12-step recovery program at its center. It runs on structure, but day to day it still feels like a normal house.

House rules

The same expectations for everyone

Complete sobriety

No alcohol or non-prescribed drugs. Random, observed drug and alcohol testing.

Curfew

Home by 11 PM on weeknights, midnight on weekends. Overnight passes after a stability period.

12-step recovery

Regular house meetings centered on the 12 steps, plus support finding a sponsor and a home group in the fellowship that fits.

Chores & respect

Keep your space and shared areas clean, do your assigned chores, respect quiet hours and the neighbors.

Fees & conduct

$200 weekly, paid in advance. Zero tolerance for violence, threats, theft or property damage.

Levels of support

How support changes over time

Settle in

Tighter structure while routines form: earlier curfew, more check-ins, focus on a daily schedule and 12-step work.

Find your footing

More freedom as accountability is proven: steady work or school, budgeting, healthy relationships.

Prepare to launch

Plan the move to independent living: savings, a housing search, a continuing-care plan, a support network that lasts.
